Neuromuscular Physical Therapy
Neuromuscular Therapy is an integrative system of bodywork designed to incorporate neurologic responses with myofascial tissue states; it addresses trigger points, hypertonicity in muscles, and postural compensation patterns to improve range of motion and reduce musculoskeletal pain and to restore balance between the nervous and musculoskeletal systems.
Improve mobility, restore function, alleviate pain and reduce or prevent physical restrictions often caused by injury or postural issues. Main techniques used are deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy and soft tissue release. The origin of the discomfort could be treated, not only the area of pain.
Could be beneficial if you suffer from any sore muscles or joints or feel strange sensations like tingling, numbness, or headaches. A session will typically include an assessment, a treatment, and some advice about exercises.
