Please book well in advance to secure your preferred treatment. Confirmed booking must be supported by a current credit card.

House Rules

Please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes before your appointment to allow for preparation. Should you arrive late for your appointment your treatment time may be reduced accordingly, however the full price will be charged for the treatment. Booking times are inclusive of client and therapist preparation.
Please switch off your mobile phone during your visit in order for the Spa to provide clients with a private and peaceful experience.

We recommend minimal jewelery as it can be easily be lost. The Spa is not responsible for loss or damage to a clients personal belongings, however caused.
To help you obtain maximum comfort from our treatments we have indicated approximate time you will need to allow for each package. This does not indicate the length of time of each treatment

The services provided at Kachina are complementary to, and not a substitute for, normal medical practices and procedures. Always consult your Doctor first about any health issues you have.

Attire

We normally ask that underwear remain on during massage treatments although for women upper garments can be removed to ensure more comfort. Disposable underwear is provided for body treatments, or swimwear may be worn if you choose. For hydrotherapy swimwear can be worn if desired. Dark underclothes are advisable for false tanning to avoid any staining to your clothing. During treatment you are draped with a towel to ensure privacy and a robe will be provided where appropriate.

Timing

The timing of our treatments is vital to aid in the smooth running of our appointments and to respect all clients. Any late arrivals will be offered the remainder of their treatment time however the full price will be charged for the treatment. To help you obtain maximum comfort from our treatments we have indicated approximate time you will need to allow for each package. This does not indicate the length of time of each treatment rather the time involved which include greeting, disrobing and dressing.

Gift Vouchers

The Kachina gift voucher makes an ideal present for any occasion. It covers any choice of treatments or products and is available from reception or by mail order. Ask about our personalized vouchers for that special person.
Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase.
Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Vouchers sent by post are entirely at the purchaser’s risk. No responsibility for non arrival can be taken by Kachina. Vouchers cannot be refunded in part or full once purchased.

Cancellation Policy

Your credit card details are required to book Spa Appointments.A minimum of 24hrs notice is required if canceling treatments; otherwise 50% of the treatment cost applies. Cancellations of less than 4 hours or failure to turn up will result in the full cost of the treatment being charged. In the case of special packages a minimum of 48 hours notice applies.

By submitting your Credit Card Details, and proceeding with a treatment booking, you are authorisiing a charge on your behalf should a cancellation become necessary within the above time frame.
