Facial rejuvenation acupuncture is a safe, non-surgical method for reducing the signs of the aging process, with the added benefit of improving general health and well being at the same time. Avoid excessive use of dairy products, fried & deep fried foods, Hydrogenated oils, sugar and salty snacks and highly processed foods. Avoid highly sugared fizzy drinks.
