HOW TO USE SUN CREAM

  • Always make sure that your sunscreen is SPF 15 or higher.
  • A generous amount of sunscreen should be applied to all exposed skin (do not forget your ears and the back of your neck.) In the summer, it is recommended to use one ounce of sunscreen – the amount to fill a shot glass – to cover your exposed skin.
  • Allow at least 30 minutes for your sunscreen to absorb before you head into the sun so that the ingrediants can form a protective shield.
  • Be sure to reapply another layer of sunscreen if you are in the sun for more than 2 hours throughout the day under intense UV conditions, and especially when it’s windy or you’re sweating.

FACIAL LIFT EXERCISE

Paddy and Murphy are working on a building site.
Paddy says to Murphy "I need a day off, so I'm gonna pretend I'm mad!"
He climbs up the rafters , hangs upside down and shouts
"I'M A LIGHTBULB! I'M A LIGHTBULB!"
Murphy watches in amazement!
Then the Foreman shouts "Paddy you're mad, go home"
So he leaves the site.
Murphy starts packing his kit up to leave as well.
"Where the hell are you going?" asks the Foreman.
"I can't work in the dark!" says Murphy.
